Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and all other countries we ship to. The only exception is the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Israel, Turkey), where shipping is a flat US$4.95. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7-13 business days in total from order to doorstep. Delivery times are estimates set by the carrier and can be affected by customs and local holidays.

Order confirmation and updates

You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout and a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Where these apply and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived, arrives damaged, or is missing an item, email us and we will reship at no cost or refund you in full (see our Refund Policy, which includes our 90-day money-back guarantee). Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Changes and cancellations

Email us before your order ships and we will change the address or cancel and refund it in full.
