Refund policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Dermalogix product is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your results for any reason, email us within 90 days of the delivery date and we will refund your purchase. No return shipping is required - you keep the product.

How to request a refund
Email sophia@getdermalogix.com with your order number (it is in your confirmation email) and a short note that you would like a refund. That is all we need. Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.

What is covered

  • Any Dermalogix product purchased from shop.getdermalogix.com, opened or unopened, within 90 days of delivery.
  • One refund per product per customer. Bundle and multi-pack orders are refunded in full.
  • Subscription orders: the most recent shipment is covered; you can cancel future shipments any time from your account or by emailing us (see our Cancellation Policy).

Orders that have not shipped yet
Changed your mind? Email us before your order ships and we will cancel it and refund you in full right away.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, missing, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will reship at no cost or refund you in full - your choice.

European Union and United Kingdom customers
In addition to the guarantee above, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Our 90-day guarantee already exceeds this, and no return shipment is required.

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. Request a refund under the guarantee and place a new order for the product you want.

Late or missing refunds
If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and it has not appeared, contact your card issuer first, then email us at sophia@getdermalogix.com and we will trace it with our payment processor.
